EST2023WILSON FARM

A Quieter Way to Live

Room to breathe, with everything still within reach.

Wilson Farm is a collection of custom homes set on acre-plus homesites, land enough for each home to sit naturally within the landscape, for mature trees to remain, and for neighbors to feel connected without living too closely.

Here, privacy does not come at the expense of convenience. Fort Mill's newest schools, historic Main Street, independent shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. The Anne Springs Close Greenway, Lake Wylie, and the Catawba River are nearby, with Charlotte just beyond the state line.

The Setting

Living in Fort Mill

A storefront on Fort Mill's historic Main Street, with a striped awning and a passer-by on the sidewalk

Fort Mill has long held a distinct sense of place. Named for two colonial-era forts and a grist mill once located along nearby Steele Creek, the town has grown without losing the character that first defined it.

That character is still evident along Main Street, a working downtown lined with independent shops, a local farmers market, and restaurants that have become familiar favorites. Nearby, Baxter Town Center and Kingsley offer additional shopping, dining, and places to gather.

Wilson Farm is served by some of Fort Mill's newest elementary, middle, and high schools, all located just minutes from the community. The district is consistently recognized among the best in South Carolina, with schools performing well above national standards.

Beyond town, the landscape opens to the Anne Springs Close Greenway, a private nature preserve more than twice the size of Central Park just down the road, with trails for walking, cycling, and horseback riding. Lake Wylie and the Catawba River offer easy access to the water, while Charlotte is just beyond the state line.

Strong schools, thoughtful growth, and an enduring sense of community have made Fort Mill one of the region's most sought-after places to call home.

The Lifestyle

An Everyday Life That Feels Removed From the Everyday.

Mornings on the greenway. Afternoons on the water. A Main Street that still knows your name, and a skyline twenty-odd minutes north for the nights that call for one. Wilson Farm sits at the center of all of it, far enough out to be quiet, close enough in to matter.
